Flow Yoga is Yoga that works. It is a perfectly balanced workout between strength and flexibility and yet it does not sacrifice the deep release of mental and physical tension which can so easily affect one's mind and body. Using inspiring music and a flow routine of postures, flow yoga is like the dance of Yoga. Yoga can also be used to meet physical goals such as strength and flexibility through a more intensified yoga workout. These sessions will emphasize more the science of Yoga versus the art of yoga, however, will show how to apply proper breathing techniques in order for those goals to be achieved efficiently.
Private recreational in home sessions are for women, men or couples who prefer exercise in the comfort of their own home and who find this set up to be motivational in getting them to stick to a regular exercise schedule. These sessions are for individuals who wish to use Yoga to address both physical and mental needs, therefore, exploring the postures, the breath and the deep relaxation benefits of Yoga.

With a master's degree in the work of body Psychotherapy, Kinneret skilfully uses yoga, therapeutic hands on touch and the work of dance/movement to build a more Psychotherapeutic relationship with her clients.
